Cubbies Open House

Awana Open House will be on Sunday, August 24 from 5 - 6 p.m.

This is an opportunity for you to register, visit your child's club and purchase uniforms and handbooks.

Here is the plan for Cubbies:

~We will meet in the yellow hall in 3 separate rooms: a children's room, a parent information room and a merchandise room.

~Parents can drop off their kiddos off in the children's room. There will be colorsheets and activities for them to do. Kelli V. will oversee the room and our leader volunteers will help at the tables.

~Kristin will go over the Parent Handbook and go over the Cubbies program with the parents. They can ask questions, fill out their paperwork and sign up for volunteer nights and snacks.

~Jamie and Leanne will be in the Uniform/Handbook room. This will be the last stop for parents before picking up their Cubbies. Handbooks and Uniforms will be ordered and book bags, verse CDs and other items can be purchased and picked up.
